I rarely ever review anything, and like most people I'm sure, believe most reviews online especially positive ones are fake.
I'm writing this review, because I genuinely am extremely happy with the care, attention, and service I've received from Dr. Gupta's practice.
My mother worked multiple jobs to care for my older brother and I, and she's confirmed she's never had great dental coverage either any job she's held, so dental visits growing up weren't as regular as they should've been, and weren't really with a consistent provider. As such, I grew up with pretty bad dental hygiene habits, and a healthy fear of the dentist into adulthood. This is what I came to Dr. Gupta with as a prospective patient. Seeing Dr. Gupta was the first time I felt like a dentist truly heard me when I told them of this history and fear, and she immediately responded with the most attentive care, and a sensitivity to my feelings I've never experienced! After the first few appointments and getting some work done, I honestly said to my wife "this is what it should feel like to be a patient!", not just with a dentist, with any healthcare provider.
It's not just Dr. Gupta who truly is outstanding, but her staff (which really makes a huge difference as well) who are all also just incredibly caring and thoughtful people. Kate on her staff especially, who was the first one to greet me in my first appointment, is one of the most caring, put you at ease, easy to talk to people I've ever met in my life! Her positivity and energy is infectious, and it's really genuine and doesn't feel fake at all. I met with other highly rated dentists in the area before deciding to go with Dr. Gupta's practice, and it truly is the genuine family nature of every single person I encountered with Dr. Gupta which helped me make honestly the best decision (for my health and sanity) possible in choosing Dr. Gupta and team. Truly 5 star service, 5 star care, 5 star humanity! Who do you know that LOVES their dentist? Me, and that's why I had to write this review.
